INSTAULED 6LW IN 1978 IN OUR BOAT, HAVE NOW MOTORED 40,000 MILES, EXXELLENT ENGINE WILL RUN WITH ROCKER COVERS REMOVED EXPECT TO MOTOR DOWN MISSISSIPPI LATER THIS YEAR. THANK GOD FOR MR GARDNER.

Hi, Just discovered website in fact just discovered computers . Have always been a Gardner entusiast since working on them whist serving my apprenticeship.Own a 6LXCT and have ambitions to own an 8LX or better still an 8L3. Very interesting website you have my support

We have a Tugboat about 20 years, and the engine is a 6 LW from the year 1944. He is still an going. The tugboat is built in 1926. It's an good engine!!
