Remanufactured Gardner engine parts...

Our Remanufactured  parts such as Blocks and Cylinder heads are:

1. Chemically cleaned.

2. Pressure tested.

3. Machined and surfaced with a precision surface grinder.

4. Spray painted internally with a very expensive coating to inhibit the constant flow of moulding sand from the castings.

5. Spray painted externally with an accurate shade of Gardner grey quality engine enamel.

6. All valve guides changed.

7. Valves machined or changed.

8. Seat inserts fitted  if required.

9. Final Test.
